Call for Papers della Cattedra Jean Monnet PROTECH

Gent.mi studenti,
si segnala la Call for Papers della Cattedra Jean Monnet PROTECH dell'Università Suor Orsola Benincasa per un International Workshop afferente alla tematica "FROM HUMAN BEING TO CYBORG".

L'evento si svolgerà in doppia modalità - ibrida e in presenza - nella data dell'11 novembre 2022.

Il Workshop è incentrato sulla tutela degli individui in relazione allo sviluppo delle nuove tecnologie, con particolare riguardo alle forme di vita create artificialmente e al potenziamento umano. In particolare, saranno oggetto di approfondimento le questioni giuridiche concernenti creazione, ibridazione e potenziamento umano mediante l'uso dell'intelligenza artificiale in tutte le sue varie articolazioni e degli strumenti tecnologici in generale.

Entro il 31 ottobre 2022 chiunque sia interessato a partecipare al dibattito come relatore potrà inviare la candidatura, secondo quanto indicato nel bando allegato in doppia lingua (italiano e inglese).

We hereby bring to your attention the Call for Papers of the Jean Monnet PROTECH Chair of the Suor Orsola Benincasa University for an International Workshop related to the topic "FROM HUMAN BEING TO CYBORG".

The event will take place in a dual mode - hybrid and face-to-face - on 11 November 2022.

The Workshop focuses on the protection of individuals in relation to the development of new technologies, with a special focus on artificially created life forms and human enhancement. In particular, legal issues concerning the creation, hybridisation and human enhancement through the use of artificial intelligence in all its various articulations and technological tools in general will be the subject of in-depth study.

By 31 October 2022, anyone interested in taking part in the debate as a speaker may send an application, according to the call for proposals attached in two languages (Italian and English).
